I cut parts out to make it flow better. I'm kinda happy with it, kinda not. But I figure it's good enough now not to mess with it anymore.
Ash is rescuing Misty from her own execution, despite that he's partially the reason she was imprisoned. He's come back not only to rescue her but to admit that he thinks he loves her, and damn the consequences. Though I'd like to say more than that, I'd give away too much.
EDIT:// Alright. Though I wasn't able to fix Misty's eyes, I did fix her dress so now it looks less like she's turning her head around backwards. Hopefully it looks better.

So yeah, first of all I saw was "WOW!! ASH'S HAIR!!" I really like this effect you did in it. Some parts of shadows and then those beautiful light-effects <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="

" title=" (Smile)" /> I think this was meant to be like that by you. I mean, when you want to draw "more real" it wouldn't be the right coloration. But for anime-charcters it's an absolut dream <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="26" height="17" alt="
" title="Love" />Misty has a little bit less shadows BUT she stands not inside of the tower, but outside. So maybe the tower's shadow is falling on her, that's why she has no light-effects. If this was meant to be, it's great done! I love her hair on the top - it's so shining and goes a little bit out of orange into yellow. It fits perfect with the buttom, which is more brown and deeper.
Did I mention I love your eyes? Bulbaseur's ones are so beautiful! Full of light-effects, life and this special face, Ash's one always did <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g…" width="17" height="15" alt="

Also I have to admit myself, I cab't draw Bulbaseurs, that's why I adore everyone who can catch his face, outlines and character *___* Also his acessiors out of the anime (I sadly don't know the English descritions for it Xx The attacks, etc.) are awesome! Same is with the eyes and faces of Ash and Misty - I SO LOVE THEM. The tears of Misty and this soft blushing - also Ash with his mouth wide open, having a smiling face and also like "WAit for me! XD" it's so sweet!

Maybe it would've seen a little bit more livelier (is this an English existing word?? XDXD) if Misty had a hand seen anywhere or only an arm. So she only looks like she's standing like a soldier, waiting for an order.
